Музыканты против войны

Бесчеловечная агрессия путинской армии против Украины продолжается. В это же время сотни тысяч россиян покидают страну, в которой сейчас невозможно высказать своё мнение, если оно отличается от официальной позиции власти. Отменяются концерты музыкантов, выступающих против войны в Украине. Многие из них уезжают из страны. Вот имена некоторых из них.

Putin’s cruel aggression against Ukraine is continuing. At the same time, hundreds of thousands of Russians leave the country where expressing an opinion different from the official point of view has become impossible. Musicians who openly declare themselves against the war see their concerts cancelled. Many of them decide to move abroad. Here are a few names.

Oxxxymiron (Мирон Федоров), один самых успешных рэп-исполнителей России, сразу же выступил против вторжения российской армии в Украину и назвал войну «войной», а не «спецоперацией». Он проводит благотворительные концерты «Russians against war» и отдаёт часть денег в организации, которые помогают украинским беженцам.

Oxxxymiron (Miron Fyodorov), one of the most successful rap signers in Russia, condemned Russian invasion of Ukraine from the beginning. He didn’t hesitate calling the war “war” and not the “special operation”. Oxxxymiron is now giving charity concerts “Russians against war” and donates part of the income to organizations helping Ukrainian refugees.

В марте этого года рок-певица Земфира выпустила клип «Не стреляйте». Без спецэффектов, на экране только сама артистка, её клавиши, а потом – кадры войны:

«Не молчите
В этой рыхлой тишине я погибну
Не молчите.»

In March of this year the signer Zemfira published the video “Don’t shoot”. No special effects, just the artist with her keyboard, and afterwards, images of war:

“Say something

In this loose silent I’ll perish,

Say something.”

Борис Гребенщиков, лидер группы «Аквариум», назвал войну «безумием и позором России». После этого певец принял решение уехать из страны. Сейчас он даёт анти-военные концерты в разных странах мира. Так же себя ведут и другие рок-исполнители: Юрий Шевчук («ДДТ») и Андрей Макаревич («Машина Времени»).

Boris Grebenshchikov, the leader of “Aquarium”, called the war “a madness and an infamy for Russia”. After this, he left the country. Today he is giving anti-war concerts in various countries. Few other rock singers behave in the same way: Yury Shevchyuk (“DDT”) and Andrey Makarevitch (“Mashyna Vremeni”).

The band “Nogu svelo” and its leader Maxim Pokrovsky record strong songs about war and propaganda. Peculiar combination of rhythmic music and deep lyrics that cut your heart. Listen to the songs “Generation Z”, “Ukraina” and “We don’t want war” on their Youtube channel:

“We don’t want the war,

Here are the words of a true tough guy.

I don’t want the war,

I only have one honour and one shame.”

Хотя сама российская примадонна Алла Пугачёва открыто не высказывается против войны, её муж, юморист Максим Галкин, делает это очень активно у себя в Инстаграме. Из-за позиции пары, концерты Галкина начали отменять, и они с Пугачёвой уехали из страны. Теперь в официальных СМИ на самую уважаемую и любимую певицу в России готовят компромат.

The Russian primidone Alla Pugacheva doesn’t express her protest publicly, but her husband, the comic Maxim Galkin, does it very actively on his Instagram. Because of the couple’s opinion, Galkin’s concerts were cancelled and they left the country as well. Now official Russian media are gathering compromising materials on the most respected and loved Russian signer.

Поп-певец Валерий Меладзе один из первых среди российских звёзд открыто осудил войну. Он призвал власти остановить её.

А ещё против войны выступают российские исполнители Noize MC (Иван Алексеев), Манижа, Алексей Кортнев, Сергей Лазарев. Давайте будем поддерживать их, слушая их музыку и посещая их концерты.

The pop signer Valery Meladze was one of the first ones among Russian celebrities to openly condemn the war and to ask the government to stop it.

Among other musicians who are openly against the war are Noize MC (Ivan Alekseev), Manizha, Alexey Kortnev, Sergey Lazarev. Let’s support them by listening to their music and going to their concerts.
